High Quality and Super Quiet, but Bluetooth is lacking!
Quality
This unit is very high quality. They upgraded the handle material from the 650 to make it more comfortable, its at a higher point of contact to bring the row strokes closer to mid-line chest height. The sound is one of if the not the most quiet water rowers on the market and great for apartment settings with noise restrictions for after hours you can still use it....it's that quiet. The screen is redesigned from previous models and much easier to read. The app integration is not the best, the unit screen will blank out when you integrate with the virtual rowing experience either in the xterrax app or kinomap which is unfortunate as a lot of the metrics you get from the unit screen are no longer there for you to monitor your workout. Also connecting to smart watches seems to be an issue as well, I have only been able to get a external heart rate strap to work but not my garmin or coros watch. Outside some of the negatives with electrical issues this unit is an absolute boss and is like a concept 2 but in water form that is whisper quiet.
