RSX1500 Seated Stepper

I had a couple of problems with the setup of the machine. I called support and was lucky to get Paige G to help me. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars for Paige G. The machine is now up and running and works great!

An avid street cyclist, I bought this machine mostly for my wife, whose right leg is somewhat compromised by MS in a way that prevents her from pedaling a stationary bike, But find I am enjoying the machine as much as she is. Working one's arms and legs in unison on this stair-stepper is somehow much more engaging than pedaling a stationary bike, and the mesh seat back provides excellent lumbar support. In the few instances where I needed to replace a bushing and seat-lever anchor broken during installation, friendly customer service reps were on the line with me with minimal wait-time and were quick to send me the needed parts.

I have Psoriatic Arthritis & Crohn's Disease and needed to get active. After using a recumbent bike with arm exercisers at my PT clinic, I was amazed at how easy it was to use, not painful or pain-inducing; so I started searching for one to use at home. I chose (& purchased) this Recumbent Stepper, thinking it was a bike (like at PT clinic). Once I realized what I had done, I freaked out a little. But after telling my PT and seeing her encouragement I decided to give it a go. I must say that it is very easy on my knees and hips, which is very key for me. After using several times, my Fitbit recognized it as an elliptical machine. Wow! This machine gives me the ability to exercise with as little or as much intensity as I might need for the day, as I have good days and bad days. This makes it a huge score for me and I am so happy that I bought it. Now come rain, snow, cold or heat, I have a way to stay active and keep my joints moving.

I got the RSX1500 Seated Stepper in Nov. I have lost 25 lb. I use it every day at least 30 min and 2 miles. The instructions need to be better and the handles spin and if you let go to scratch and you can get banged when you try to grab them again.

I am happy that I purchased this seated stepper as it allows me to get a good workout and exercise my arms. Comfortable seat and no stress on the joints as indicated.

Was easy to assemble with some help from my grandson. It is a sturdy machine and moves smoothly. It is easy for me to workout in. I would recommend this.

I bought this so I could work out from home during covid as I'm older and want to be safe. This has gone beyond my expectations. It's comfortable for me to get in and out of and was a great price. Very happy I purchased.

This seated stepper runs smoothly, quietly & provides a great work-out; the console is easy to read & it's fun using the various exercise programs. So glad we purchased it & so glad that my husband assembled it!

I have been recovering from total knee replacement surgery and I needed to find a machined to keep active without hurting my knee. This machine has been perfect. I am getting stronger everyday and my knee feels amazing.

I purchased this machine about 2 months ago. I am impressed with the quality of the machine.

It took me about 3 hours from the time I got it, to unpack, assemble and cleanup. There are a ton of settings on the console and I think I have finally figured them all out. While I am impressed with the machine and the features, I wish the operators manual was more comprehensive. I had to figure out a lot on my own, especially the console details.
I am impressed with XTERRA Customer Service who walked me through the prcess and I believe their manufacturing quality is unbeatable especially for the pricing.

I have had multiple surgeries on my knees. I just completed physical therapy and the bought this machine about a month ago. I love it. It runs smoothly. It keeps me from being stiff. It does not hurt my knees but gives me great mobility. Machine is well made.
