Shipping Policy

XTERRA Fitness ships products to the 48 contiguous US states only.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 3 business days, however with the current increase in demand, we are experiencing delays up to 7 business days. Basic delivery is included in the cost of your machine. A majority of our products are shipped FedEx Ground and do not require you to be home for delivery. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.

SPECIAL SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:

Treadmills: TR300, TRX2500, TRX3500, TRX4500, TRX5500, TR6.4, TR6.6
Bikes: SB500 Recumbent

The products listed above are shipped through a freight carrier and will require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply. If you request a reconsignment to have your machine delivered to a different address than originally specified on the order a $100 reconsignment charge will apply.

Basic delivery is included in the cost of your machine. At this time, we do not offer additional shipping options.
